How does it work?

The answer is rather simple.

Principal Lifestyle Management works on a system of requests. Clients can contact us at any time of the day, or night, by phone, e-mail or mobile app (coming soon). Requests that require rapid fulfillment are actioned right then and there. Those that can wait will be managed during the current, or next, business day.

Your request or actionable item will take one of three forms:


VIRTUAL tasks are items completed from within the office by one of our professionals, usually by means of a telephone or computer. Such tasks may include making dinner reservations, booking flights or paying bills.

HANDS ON tasks are items that require one of our professionals to leave the office in order to complete. This could be anything from picking up dry-cleaning to exercising a vehicle to delivering groceries.

THIRD PARTY tasks cannot be directly completed by a member of our own team. Whilst we cannot be experts in everything, we know who is. As such, Principal Lifestyle Management has established an extensive list of pre-approved vendors who work with us to fulfill even your most complicated, and perhaps unique, needs. From researching and managing the renovation of your homes interior, to organizing a once-in-a-lifetime excursion, the professionals we work with deliver a level of excellence and professionalism that you expect from any Principal Lifestyle team member. 

For your added piece of mind, all third party vendors are fully licensed and bonded and meet PLM standards to ensure that the entire process, from contracting to completion, leaves you feeling secure and confident of a truly exceptional experience.


Requests can be made at any time: twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. These requests will be actioned by PLM team members during regular office hours. Regular office hours are 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. Each request comprises of a 20 minute window. Multiple tasks can be completed during each request, or in the case of larger tasks, multiple 20 minute windows may be needed to complete the job.

Requests actioned outside of normal business hours:

  • Between 7:00-9:00 am and 5:00-7:00 pm all requests are deducted at double time.

  • Between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am, during the week, and 7:00 pm Friday through 7:00 am Monday, as well as National Holidays, are deducted at triple time.

The small print.

To keep things as accessible and easy for our clients, all packages are valid from the agreed upon service agreement start date and last 365 days.
